First, of all, using a buyer’s agent won’t cost you any extra money! It won’t affect the cost of your home, as almost all owners factor in the cost of a buyers agent into the price of the house. Even if you want to look for houses on your own, and don’t need us tagging along to open houses, let us provide you with the services of a real esate professional who is there purely to protect your interests.
