Please please please! I just found out a friend of mine in Wisconsin that I haven’t spoken to for a while was on the verge of buying a house, but it fell through. Homebuyers, its important to do a final walkthrough after you and the seller agree to the terms of purchase, and before you close on the house (when its too late).
